COVID-19 Resources for Candidates

At Link, we are continuing to monitor the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its impact on our team members and business. We have adjusted our hiring process to ensure we are creating a safe environment for our employees, candidates, and the public. We’ll be working to provide you with the most relevant and up-to-date information on our open positions, the status of your application, and the outcome of your recent interview. Below are some of the most common questions we’re receiving from candidates about our hiring process in response to COVID-19 and information on who to contact with further questions.

Is Link still hiring?
Yes, we are still hiring for certain roles.

What should I do if I am nervous about visiting a pre-employment drug testing facility?
The Labcorp collection sites are not doing COVID-19 testing at this time.  We encourage you to call ahead and check with the facility before completing your drug test. You may ask the facility about the precautions they’re taking to keep their facility clean too.

Are you offering virtual interviews in place of in-person interviews?
To protect your health and the health and safety of our team members, we have shifted most in-person interviews to virtual interviews where possible. If you are still scheduled for an in-person interview and do not feel comfortable attending, please notify [email protected]. Our talent management team has access to virtual meeting services and phones to conduct interviews.

What if I feel sick on the day of my in-person interview?
If you feel ill, have a fever, or have been in close contact with a person diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19), please do not attend your in-person interview.  Instead, follow the guidance outlined by the CDC and/or your local department of health first. Second, contact the talent management team at [email protected] to reschedule your interview or postpone until you are well.

Are you offering work from home accommodations for new team members?
Upon someone’s first day, some new team members may be eligible to work from home. Please reach out to your new manager to discuss this further.

We know the situation continues to change rapidly and as we learn more, this page will be updated as needed. For additional questions, please contact [email protected].
