Role of Condo Associations on All Sides with Ann Fisher

Recently, our Regional Director of Operations, Jim Ambrosio, was invited to share his industry knowledge on All Sides with Ann Fisher. In addition to leading our Association Management Team, Jim also serves on the board of the Central Ohio chapter of the Community Associations Institute. He and Ann, along with industry experts Sarah Blaskey of the Miami Heral and Dan Karon of the Cleveland Law firm, Karon LLC, explored the role of condo associations. They discussed what to look for when choosing an association management partner and what to know if you are considering buying a home that is part of an association.
