We know the value of building great partnerships. As a member of our Realtor Referral Program, you qualify for a 5% commission based on the total lease cost for every client you refer to a LINK-managed community.

  • If you hold a valid Realtor’s license within your state of residency, you are welcome to participate in our Realtor Referral Program.

    LINK Employees are not eligible to participate in our Realtor Referral Program.

  • Yes! As an exclusive perk of our Realtor Referral Program, your client is eligible for flexible lease terms. Terms may vary by community. Please connect with the community’s Property Manager for more details.

  • All LINK-managed apartment communities qualify for the LINK Realtor Referral Program. You can refer your clients to any apartment community managed by LINK.

    Condo and Home Owner Associations and affiliated communities do not currently qualify for this program.

  • Yes! Please contact the leasing office of the community you and your client wish to tour. Our team will be happy to help schedule a time that works best for you and your client to visit our community.

  • Yes! To qualify for the referral bonus, we ask that you accompany your client on their scheduled tour.

  • The commission earned for each referral is equivalent to 5% of the total least cost. The total lease is calculated based on the lease term (total months) and monthly rental rate, minus any concessions provided to the lease holder.

  • Your referral can be claimed 30 days after your client has signed a lease with a LINK-managed community, provided the client is in good standing with the leasing office. To claim your initial reward, submit these items to the Property Manager of the community:

    For any future referrals, you’ll only need to submit your invoice to the appropriate Property Manager.
