FAQs

  • Your Owner Portal is hosted through Appfolio. You can log in to your account here. Through the owner portal, owners are able to update contact information, set up payments for association dues, access shared association documents, such as Decs & Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and other frequently requested items.

    If LINK has just recently begun managing your association, we may still be gathering these documents from the board and/or prior management company for upload to Appfolio.

  • These documents and more are all available in your Appfolio Owner Portal.

  • Architectural modification requests can be submitted through your Appfolio Owner Portal.

  • We recommend submitting maintenance requests and work orders through your Appfolio Owner Portal. This is the fastest, easiest and most convenient way to make sure your work order is received and also allows you easily check the status of your work order!

  • For emergency maintenance needs, our maintenance team can be reached at 614.639.5021.

    Emergency maintenance should be requested in cases of a life safety situation, a significant water leak, or cases in which other unit owners will need to be quickly notified.

    As a reminder, non-emergency maintenance requests should be submitted through your Appfolio Owner Portal or by email or the regular phone number. Using the emergency maintenance line to request regular maintenance will not expedite the request and will in fact slow down the process of the request getting into the system.

  • For general requests or questions, or if an owner prefers not to use the Appfolio Owner Portal, LINK strongly recommends an email be sent to us at mysupport@linkapm.com. Emails allow us the ability to respond with any links or attachments as necessary and also help avoid cases of phone tag when either party is not free for the call at the same time.

    If a good old-fashioned phone call is desired, we can be reached at 614.686.7775. If our Resident Experience Coordinator is unable to take the call, a voicemail can be left. We'll send your voicemail to the team member who can most appropriately respond to your request. We strive to return non-emergency phone calls within 48 hours.

  • Any dues payments by mail should be sent to the association’s secure bank lockbox address below:

    Payments will need to include the association ID and account numbers.

    If you do not know your association ID and account number, please email mysupport@linkapm.com for support.

    Dues can also be paid online through the Appfolio Owner Portal. Dues payments should NOT be mailed to LINK’s office.

  • No, LINK’s office does not accept walk-in visits, but an appointment can be made when a matter cannot be resolved over email or the phone.

  • Because we take a team approach to managing each of our associations, we centralize as much owner communication as possible to our main phone line and email address, which many of our team members have access to. This enables us to follow up on requests even if an individual team member is out sick or on vacation. We’ve found this to be effective for us and trust that it will help provide your association with better communication and service.

  • LINK Home Services is an exclusive service available to owners and residents of LINK-managed condo and homeowner associations. Our skilled team can handle a wide variety of home maintenance needs,for all those to-dos not typically covered by your association. Learn more about LINK Home Services here.

  • Homeowners and condo owners whose associations are managed by LINK can schedule and utilize LINK Home Services. If you rent a home or condo whose association is managed by LINK, you may still be able to utilize LINK home services, but the homeowner's approval may be necessary.

  • Scheduling a LINK Home Services request is easy! You can call us during business hours at 614.686.2080, email us at homeservices@linkapm.com to get started, or request a quote online.

  • Yes! Refer an eligible resident of any LINK-managed association and receive $25 toward your next scheduled service of $100 or more. Referrer must be named when service is scheduled. Offer is valid for residents of LINK-managed associations only.
