Resident Referral Rewards

 
 

To participate in the Resident Referral Reward program, you must be a current resident of a LINK-managed property and in good standing with LINK Property Management. Referral credits may be earned and multiple credits may be applied in the same month. Credit void if no longer a resident and cannot be applied to any other fees or redeemed for cash.

A $200 referral reward will be automatically applied to the referring party’s account as a rent credit after the 1st FULL month of the referred party’s residency. Credit is only applied if the referred resident has met all of the following requirements:

  1. New residents must qualify for and sign a 12-month lease (12-month minimum) at the same community as referrer.

  2. New residents must notify leasing specialists and identify the referrer at the time they apply. 

  3. Credit is awarded per leased apartment; if multiple residents are referred but share the same lease, only 1 credit is awarded.

  4. Credit valid for redemption after the new resident has paid 1 FULL calendar month of rent and is in good standing with LINK Property Management. 

  5. Resident Referral Rewards Program is not open to LINK employees.

  6. Both residents must be in good standing, per management discretion.

Increased rewards may be offered from time to time. For Tiered Referral Reward offerings, offers are capped at 3 Referrals unless otherwise noted. Details are subject to change at management's discretion. Contact the LINK Property Management team for full details.
