Introducing the Actions That Inspire Awards!

At our last town hall, we introduced the Actions That Inspire Award to recognize team members who embody our purpose and culture and inspire us through their actions. Peer nominations were made throughout the quarter, and our inaugural winners were recognized at today’s town hall! Check out our inaugural winners below:

TEAM AWARD — SUMMIT CHASE MAINTENANCE TEAM
Here's what a team member shared about working with Pat, Kevin and Eugene:

"The maintenance team at Summit Chase is by far the most amazing team of gentlemen I have ever worked with. They are always productive, on time, and keep things moving forward. They are not afraid of any challenge presented to them. Even on the days when our challenges may feel defeating they pull together, take a break, and then take the task head-on. They are a great group!"

INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER — LORA FLAVIN
Lora inspires us with her positive, approachable attitude as she works with her team to understand their challenges and find new solutions. Here's what one team member shared about Lora:

"Lora embodies our purpose and culture and displays this on a daily basis. Regardless of the challenge, she is always positive and solution/support-focused. I look forward to seeing her each day! As a newer member of the Link team, Lora has made a huge impact in my comfort level with onboarding."

INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER— JEREMY FETTY
Fetty inspires us with his can-do approach to challenges and willingness to help others grow and learn. Here's just a little of what our team members had to say about working with Fetty!

"Fetty always goes above and beyond for his team and his residents. Since day one he's worked hard to better our processes and, in turn, better our resident experiences. With all that is thrown his way, he takes time to develop our new grounds tech, so she can learn and further her career in the future. He does it all with a smile on his face!... Fetty has created strong trust with not only our team but with our residents. Feedback from residents has been incredibly positive, and it makes me confident in the quality of work he does. He has been the go-to person to solve countless problems on-site and deliver a great experience to our residents and team."
