Announcing this Quarter’s Actions That Inspire Awards!
Each quarter, we look forward to celebrating one another and recognizing the ways, both large and small, that our team members inspire each other. We do this through peer nominations and our Actions That Inspire Award, announcing the recipients and our quarterly town hall! So, drumroll please, here are our most recent winners!
TEAM AWARD — ASTON VILLA TEAM
Congratulations to The Aston Villa Team—winner of this quarter's Actions That Inspire Team Award! Each day, this team embodies our culture code. They inspire us with their willingness to play for their own community team, as well as their extended LINK team! Multiple peer nominations shared how the Aston Team has assisted when another community faced challenges leaving them in need of support.
As one team member shared "They not only provided amazing service but ensured that our residents were so well taken care of, that they were not aware of the adjustments made to accommodate the community's needs." And as another team member put it, "They are a team of Heroes!!"
INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER — REED PETEE
Reed inspires us with his commitment to playing for his team and positive approach to each and every day. Here are some highlights of what his team members had to say:
“Reed is an incredible asset to the Tamarack Creek and Alexor crew. He consistently shows up with a big smile on his face, ready and willing for the task at hand. From last-minute key copies (sorry!) to late-night on-calls, Reed can always be counted on to play for the team and provide our residents with great customer service!”
“Reed has been an absolute trooper since he transferred to our community in May. He is always willing to lend a hand to those of us in the office, his fellow team members, and our residents. Even on the more difficult days, Reed is always committed to giving only his best!”
INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER— SHAWN BERNOWSKI
Shawn was recently promoted to a new role as 3D Production Manager and also named a recipient of this quarter's Actions That Inspire Award! Shawn continually challenges himself to grow and take on new opportunities, while also looking for ways to invest in those around him.
As one team member shared, "Shawn is a model team player at LINK. He is always authentic and caring with all his team members. He truly cares and owns the outcome of whatever he does. He is continually working with his team to develop opportunities for them to grow. He is always willing to add a little extra time to his task if it means his team members can grow and learn. LINK is very lucky to have a team player like Shawn.”
