Announcing this Quarter’s Actions That Inspire Awards!

Each quarter, we look forward to celebrating one another and recognizing the ways, both large and small, that our team members inspire each other. We do this through peer nominations and our Actions That Inspire Award, announcing the recipients and our quarterly town hall! So, drumroll please, here are our most recent winners!

TEAM AWARD — COMMONS AT WATER’S EDGE TEAM
This quarter’s winning team received several nominations from their peers! Check out the highlights here:

"This team thrives under pressure and gets things done! Need 30 move-ins 3 months in a row? No Problem! I have worked with a lot of teams in my days but by far this team rules them all."

"Everyone jumps in and helps the other members. If there is something that one member is struggling with or needs help with, they are there for each other. They may play hard but they work harder and are always there for each other."

"The CWE team had a major goal given to them in the month of August. Their ability to work together and take ownership of their tasks enabled them to meet this goal—turning 36 apartments, completing 300 work orders, and moving in 38 residents."

"This team is always going above and beyond, completing work orders, turning units, and making time to keep the grounds looking great. Residents have repeatedly told us how much better the community is and how trustworthy the team is."

INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER — ZACH COMER
Zach personifies our Culture Code, supporting his team in ways both big and small.

"Zach has been a wonderful asset to the team. He is always willing to help, not only his team, but me in the office when needed. We had a team member leave unexpectedly while I was away. Zach stepped up to the plate to make sure the office was still open to residents periodically throughout the day, and his team was still tended to when they needed him. He always has a smile on his face, and the residents just love him. We are very lucky to have him as our supervisor!!!"

INDIVIDUAL AWARD WINNER— JOE NIEWINSKI
Joe inspires us with his sense of ownership and the pride he takes in his community.

"I have never in my career, had to worry less about the day-to-day maintenance of a property. Grounds STAY immaculate all day, work orders are never delayed longer than necessary, and the residents stay happy. Joe has been on this property for about 15 years, through many management companies. For him, it really is a sense of pride to "own the outcome" of each of his decisions here on the property. He uses his experience and prior knowledge to make good decisions daily. He is always on top of his job and Owns the Outcome of each day, while always Making Authenticity a Daily Practice. We are very lucky to have Joe here at The Park at Blanding and LINK."
