LINK & ULCo. Expand in the Columbus Region, Creating 40 New Jobs

Columbus, Ohio (August 29, 2022) – Urban Land Co. (ULCo.) and LINK, a real estate company and property management firm focused on workforce housing with national reach, has announced plans to expand in the Columbus Region creating 40 new full-time jobs. The company is adding a vast range of experienced professionals to its local workforce, from project managers and investment analysts to asset managers, accountants, human resources, legal, social media and office managers, with hiring to begin between Q3 and Q4 2022. 

Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, ULCo. and LINK is expanding its workforce in the Region as the company experiences significant growth from existing and new geographic markets. In addition to its home base in Columbus, the company provides services to communities throughout Ohio and Florida. The company currently has 174 team members, 26 of whom are full-time employees based out of the Columbus home office. This latest investment will allow them to more than double their local workforce.

The Columbus Region is home to 16 Fortune 1000 companies, representing a diverse group of industries, and five Fortune 500 companies, including Nationwide, AEP and Cardinal Health. With a stable business environment that is safe and reliable, the Columbus Region allows corporate operations to grow here. The City of Columbus is located in Franklin County, which is home to an estimated 1,310,300 residents.
